The childbirth helpline and telephone service for Emergency Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Helsinki-Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) remained disrupted due to technical glitch, said HUS on Friday.
People are getting the phone numbers busy and the disruptions are affecting services due to the glitch.
Calls to some numbers of Maternity helpline, Women's Clinic emergency service, Espoo Hospital maternity emergency service, Hyvinkää Hospital obstetrics and gynecology emergency service seemed to be congested, and the callback function is not working.
The hospital authority requested the people to try again after a short while, if the call does not go through or the queue is long.
In urgent situations, people were asked to go directly to the emergency number 112.
