The online banking service of Nordea bank has been disrupting due to technical glitch since Friday afternoon, the authority and clients of the bank said.
Although the bank in an announcement said that some clients are experiencing slowness in payment, some clients said that they failed to make transactions even after several hours despite repeated moves.
“Some of our customers may experience slowness in making payments in mobile and netbank. The situation may also affect cash withdrawals at ATMs,” said the bank in the announcement on its netbank site.
The authority, however, said that the glitch would be fixed within possible quickest time and apologized for situation.
“We will fix the situation as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you,” the announcement added.
